PowerCode™ Wireless Pet-Smart™ PIR Detector for Professionals

The Discovery K9-80 MCW is a fully supervised animal-tolerant wireless PIR detector with advanced anti-collision technology compatible with PowerMax™ and all Visonic PowerCode™ wireless panels and receivers. It is designed to provide effective security in premises where animals (dogs, cats, rats etc) may be present, and enables homeowners to protect their homes while allowing their pets to move freely anywhere in the house.
Discovery K9-80 MCW can distinguish between human bodies and animals weighing up to 36 kg (80lb) better than any other wireless detector. This is possible thanks to Visonic's most advanced patented technologies – including Digital Signal Processing (DSP), "True Motion Recognition™" (TMR) using unique Fuzzy Logic pet identification algorithm, and state-of-the-art 3D "Target Specific Imaging™" (TSI) cylindrical optics.

The Discovery K9-80 MCW is approved and available in various frequency bands according to international standards.
